Experience in H&M:
Since November 2024, I have been working as a part-timer in this company for 2 years where i have completed daily operations and team coordination on the shop floor. In this role, I often take on responsibilities of a supervisor or a mentor guiding new staffs through tasks and help ensures the sales floor smooth function. I consistently deliver excellent customer service skills from my past experiences in the industry to boost sales and uphold customer relations. Although language barriers can sometimes makes instructions challenging, i make it a point to explain and question things for clarity when giving and receiving instructions so to avoid misunderstandings.

This experience has shifted me into a more adaptable and more task focused supervisors when managing my team and as a colleague when collaborating with the department manager for visual marketing and proper sales wayfinding

Experience in Uniqlo:
Since October 2023, I worked as a part-timer in this company for 6 months. There i learnt as a Sales Assistant, by committing to the brands principles and learnt many operational skills, managing the shop floor tidiness and cashier skills, throughout my journey as a staff there I've learnt customer servicing skills which helped nourished my potential as an excellent staff being commended by my colleagues and managers for my customer service skills and providence of customer relations at excellence. My rapport colleagues was optimal, that i often receive thank you cards during my time there.

There i learnt to build trust with my teammates which shifted me to be a more amicable and approachable. Furthermore it make passionate for improvements as during my 6 months my hard work was fruitful and i got promoted not once but twice from being a senior staff to a higher position where i left the job

Bowling Team: (MalaXianguo)

As the Team manager of my bowling team i not only partake in bowling competitions during the bowling league i also act sort of as  Human-Resource of the team where i handle logistic tasks like the uniform making and the material check needed for the players i also handle the scheduling keying of the team followed by the highest order of command the captain of the team

This helped me brush up my management/Leadership and scheduling skills as i had to manage 10 members. Furthermore team theme is mala which split the groups into 2 and 1 upcoming team where i would captain of the upcoming team with the situated team MalaTang and Malaxianguo, so my roles in MalaTang is currently still as the acting manager of that branch and the manager of Malaxianguo and Leader/Captain of MalaYu

Archery:
I've Represented RP Archery for NUS and POLITE throughout my time in archery in general but although im seen doing  Compound Bow Shooting in RP but i have done Kyudo when i was young, moving to Hunting and than Recurve which lastly Compound in RP.

This shows my thirst for knowledge is yearn master my interests in many alterations 

Ultimate Frisbee:

I've played Frisbee since Secondary 5 and strived for the better skill at the sport, I've learned play attack in a secretive way as a zone offender.

This sport helped enhanced my skills in team impromptu strategy, showing perceptiveness' and quick wittedness
